McDonalds has fruit n Yogurt parfait w/granola's and they have maple brown oatmeal w/apples & rehydrated crandberries. Both are tastey!

Use a blender and put all of your favorite fruits in it to make a smoothies. They have slim fast in vanilla moca flavor. You can have some carotts & celery w/ light ranch dressing which will fill u up or just make a turkey and cheese w/ light mayo. Goodluck to you!

I thought a woman calorie cap was 1200 per day if you want to lose and 1500 to maintain your weight! rite now, you are doing fine with what on you diary, but you need to change you calorie caps.

You are not alone. I was just saying the same thing but I think mine is more like a habit. I got a full fringe with lots of food demons in it. Maybe you could blend up smoothie drink with real fruit and a hint of your favorite veg. I got celery sticks to munch on when i'm bored.
