I understand your frustration. I haven't lost more than 5 lbs and I've been at it for over 1.5 years. Don't give up. Sometimes you have to fail 100 times before you know what you are doing wrong. Important things to look at are 1) Eating Habits - No/Little processed foods, lean meats, lots of veggies/fruits, around…

I am! I realized when I work out in my apt gym, I tend to cut my workouts short...so today I joined a gym close by and hopefully this will motivate me to go more often and for longer :)

Keep posting. motivation from others always helps. I have fallen off track many times, and the important this is that you're making the change and getting back on track :)

Shredded zuchinni works like a charm. I use 93/7 Turkey too.

Yeah, it does seem odd that no one wants to participate. We had a similar program at our work, and I joined as well as almost 30 other people. The prize was 3 month membership to the gym across the street, plus PT sessions, and some money. Either way, $10 is not a lot when it comes to your health. Some people are just…

I've suffered from depression for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, some of it is chemical imbalances and something that is beyond the control of my environment. If I take a back seat and look at my life, I have no reason to be depressed. I have a great job, great significant other, I'm active & healthy, great…

I know its hard, but I've learned a few things. The first is eat a whole of whole foods, cut out processed foods. Eating grilled chicken, salads, homemade recipes with little additives (sauces/etc) will help keep your calorie count low without having to count. Also, once you get in the habit of all this, you start to…

I was also exercising before and was curious why my energy levels were so low...Here are some things I discovered/incorporating: Vitamin D (important for people who are indoors a lot...like me) Vitamn B12 (nutrtional yeast is a great source) as well as Vit B Complex Iron (Added meat to my diet) Water (8+ glasses) Reduce…

Wow, I just did your Interval Run that you posted. It completely wiped me out. I usually try to run 4 miles, and this run was 10x harder than any of those runs. Great find!!! Thank you!

I would consider getting in an extra workout and having a healthy dinner.

I agree. Hang in there. We have ups and downs, the important thing is that you have incorporated a life style change that will take you far. Its about baby steps that will get you to the end. Don't get discouraged by small set backs and keep working toward the end result and you will get there:)

Exactly. Sometimes, you can lose muscle mass with too much cardio and not enough weight training. There wasn't meant to be any negativity associate with how you eat or exercise. If you want feedback, having all the information available to the person is helpful.

I'm disgusting when I work out. I run about 4 miles a day and after each run I am drenched, which is a good feeling, but at the same time I am embarrased. The worst part is I get sweaty in my crotch, it looks like I pee'd myself. I just hope no one sees me as I'm going back to my apt looking like that...

Its hard to say if we can't see your eating habits and working out habits. Unfortunately, I also lost weight suppper fast before and it was extremely hard to maintain it, but every one is different, so what happened to me may not happen to you.

laundry- either it sits in the dryer, or if it makes it out and gets folded, it doesn't get put away. im horrible at doing laundry but i just hate it, i'll scrub the tub/toliet, just hate folding and putting away laundry

U look absolutely amazing. Great JOB!

TOM is the worst for me. I feel extremely bloated and crave everything sweet. I would recommend drinking lots of water to help your muscles flush out any toxins or if you are retaining water, try water pills.

Yes...When I was having problems with energy and went to my doctor complaining about it, she did a blood work on me. My Vit D levels were 14, normal is around 30 minimum. I took Vitamin D 1000 IU and didn't see any difference. Then I talk to a different doctor who recommended 5000 IU. I went to Whole Foods and bought a…

Looks great! Thanks for posting

yes it is frustrating, and sometimes I have so much anxiety about what I am eating and finding something that isn't unhealthy. For example, I had class today from 7-1. Im exhausted and feel guilty for not working out. I want to relax but then I know I have to workout because I made a commitment to this lifestyle change.

That's Great! I am not a runner naturally. When I did sprint intervals in the past I went from running a 5K in 33 mins to 25 mins. It was outrageous. I am trying to get back to that speed.

I use PB2. It's basically defated peanut flour. You mix it with water to create peanut butter.
