back at it.....yet again!

Hey guys, so Im trying something new with this whole online thing. I have always been battling my weight, and right now I'm loosing that battle. I am just having a hard time finding that motivation to get back in the gym and back to eating right.

Any suggestions???

    Just take it one day at a time. Get in the forums and make some buddies. Exercise and eat right for you! You deserve it!:flowerforyou:

    Keep posting. motivation from others always helps. I have fallen off track many times, and the important this is that you're making the change and getting back on track :)

    Push when you dont feel like it.
    I found that once I got into the swing of exercising daily - I feel like I am missing something when I dont.

    As far as food - this was a little more tricky. It takes 7 days to make a habbit and 7weeks to break it. So if you have become accusomed to drinking 2L of pop a day - then it might take a lot to break that habbit.
    I used to drink 2-3 cans of pop a day -but once I got used to not having it - it now tastes funny.

    I know its easier said than done to go when you dont feel like it. We all have those days/moments. Do your best - take it each one day at a time. Remember - tomorrow is always a fresh start
