  • I broke out from BCP as well. It depends on your body and may need ot try a different one is giving you acne. Try exfoliating atleast 3x a week to remove any dead cells/build up. I also used ProActive..it helped a little but I'm using AcneFree now and i think its working better than Proactiv... Good luck!

  • The only conclusion I can formulate from taking sea kelp is the increased iodine. Iodine is important in regulation metabolism and people with low thyroids tend to need more iodine to help with their metabolism.   • I always feel guilty. For some reason I get hungrier on my rest days so I end up wanting to eat more than my daily allowance. However, rest is very important. I've seen most improvements when I take a day off or two in between my runs/workouts... Try meditating or doing something less straining like stretching....

  • I didn't start seeing results until 3-4 weeks after I started the program. I became a lot stronger...however, I only lost 5 lbs doing the work out. I think mainly I lost fat and gained muscle. However, once I stopped doing P90x after the program, I gained it back since I wasn't doing strength training.
