Green Tea is good when you feeling you need something to eat and really know you don't . Anything like green tea, lemon water is awesome, too. Just whatever you have to do to trick the body. Don't forget cucumbers and water....very refreshing.

It is very yummy...,my son loves it and enjoyed it. It's low in fat and carbs. What more can you ask for out of a meal....
