Low Fat Sweet Attacks---Quick Fix
I have them....not too often, but I have them. I like to indulge a little in the following: 4 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Frozen Mixed Berries (defrosted) 1 Tbsp of Flaxseed or Wheat Germ 1 Tbsp of Honey Ummm.... Good. I am a snacker and this is when I have a sweet tooth, this helps ease the pain.
