Hi, been AWOL for a while through illness am back went for a run yesterday evening it wasn't pretty but 2.2miles to get me off zero for this month. So my usual total for a month is 45miles. Let's see where I get to.

Hi, This month I'll be getting back on track with running for the last 2 weeks have been off my running wagon. I'd like to lose half a stone in October, a nice big push for xmas.

Nay - your logging in everyday, I see your counter growing every week, it's the highest i see. Set yourself a mini goal for Christmas. Im thinking of a stone for christmas, not unrealistic.

4.6mile jog this evening, first time after the Pretty Muddy event at the weekend, it felt okay am surprised by how many bruises i have on my arms and legs!

All of it is so tempting, i love to bake too, which isn't a good idea cause i tend to eat it after. Have tried to find some low cal alternatives, just not the same.
