2.4miles last night, first run after my surgery; felt pretty good.

2.7miles tonight, this was a good one, new pace is going alright after a few weeks of feeling like pushing water up the hill.

Had 2 great runs today, this morning nice route 3miler around the village and this afternoon tested a new route with sprint intervals 2miles. So that 5 miles logged. Feeling good.

Whilst I was away I set my 2014 goals, I want to improve my 5k and 1 miles times, lose another 40lbs and run 450miles in total. #hard work and dedication.

This months target is 30miles because i'm off skiing for a week, so won't be doing my usual running programme. First run 2014 logged 4.8miles

Mine is on the blink, not registering a heart rate at all, have ordered a new watch battery but may need to do the chest strap battery too, thanks for the tips, i think it hasnt helped in my loss of motivation.

So yesterdays hike up and down Mam Tor a couple of times in Castleton 6.5miles at 8.4%, conditions made progress pretty hard going working on my balance and defo a cardio on the Ascent. Need to plan the next one.

I love this app, i use it when i don't get a run in or if i want a boost. Its so helpful, i like to set it for the adverts so we jump off the sofa and bust some moves.

Love my treadmill. I started running in April and wasn't confident enough to run outside I tend to bump into people I know ! I have lost 28lbs since and am venturing out not the roads now. But with the weather drawing darker I'll be using it more in the winter.
