Canned Red Salmon is even nicer than expensive fresh Salmon if you ask me! Put it in a bowl, plenty of vinegar and black pepper and mush up with a fork. Apply to some bread :)

North Atlantic Mackerel is extremely low in mercury, and is one of the fish highest in Omega 3 (even higher than Salmon and Sardines) and is the highest in B12. It's nice when you buy it canned in Tomato sauce on a slice of buttered toast for Breakfast, and warm it up under the grill and is very cheap if bought canned.

I would have normally just ignored your comment about making your stomach upset since it never happens to me, until literally ten minutes ago I took a cheap multi-vitamin and five mins later my stomach is hurting and I have to rush outside to throw up. Never happened before with these cheap vitamins though. Weird.

People still think fat makes you fat smh No, eat all the fat you want. Good fat that is unsaturated (Nuts, Seeds, Flaxseed, Olive oil etc). Your brain is mostly fat!

If you're on low carb, you don't want to be eating Bananas since they're one of the highest in sugar. But they're really good for you, so maybe just eat half every now and again...

Are you talking about just little nibbles to satisfy your hunger? I just started eating Pumpkin seeds and nuts... I really didn't think I'd like Pumpkin seeds just because I don't like Pumpkin, but they are just like nuts. They're tasty!

If you're a guy, belly fat is always the last to come off fully. It seems I have little to no fat on my body yet my belly fat is covering my abs. Sucks so bad, but have to keep the motivation, it will come off eventually. Running is king.

Neither Buy Greek Yogurt with 4-5 carbs in and make sure it has active living cultures. More the better. Add Berries, and Flaxseed meal to taste better and even more healthy.

You should get a decent E-cig. Start with a good dosage and cut down every few weeks. It has seriously worked for me. I've not had a cigarette in 5 weeks now and after 2 weeks I don't even crave one. Smoking is a waste of money and out of fashion.

I'm really not that hungry in the morning, but I know it's good if not essential to have something, so I just have a protein shake and a Coffee or green Tea.

According to MFP when I run 8mph for 25 mins, I burn around 450 cals.... That's about what you said you were burning in an hour...

My mum and dad bought chips home the other day and had them ready for me on a plate. I couldn't resist but I gave half a portion back to my parents. Then I made sure I burned those carbs wrapped in fat on the treadmill!!! It's difficult sometimes.

I quit two weeks ago. It's been easier for me though because I'm puffing on an E-cig. When my 12mg fluid runs out, I'll buy 6mg fluid, then hopefully I will quit the E-cig too. I also quit because it just seems like a waste of money. In fact I felt like I was paying for an early death. Makes no sense. Good luck!

You should eat at least some back. Your body needs calories just to function and if it can't get it from food, it will get it from fat, but your body can only burn so much fat at one time, so your body starts using muscle. Pretty sure you don't want to lose muscle, since more muscle burns more fat.
