Well see I am so busy through out the day. I usually just eat at dinner and have a large dinner. If i do not work out during the day my weight stays around 179. If I do work out it goes down to 177. It could just be water weight. I should drink more water. I do not drink as much water as I should with the amount I sweat…

My current height and weight is 6'0 178. I would say I consume about 2500 calories a day. I burn about 600 to 700 calories a day from running twice a day and lifting weights.

So you would say it is just water weight in the morning?
