1. My barber used to have a sign that said "Lose weight, get a haircut." Getting a haircut will def lose you some weight. You can take that all the way down to bald. 2. Eat fewer calories but not so much that you'll collapse between now and August. 3. Exercise more but not so much that you'll become incapacitated in…

It may not make a difference in losing weight but there are more important things in life. Life and food would suck without hot sauce. I love the feeling of the sweat glands popping off in my scalp as I slurp spicy foods and I do my best reading and thinking while having the runs and blasting off in the can. That is the…

I tend to binge. What's worked for me is to have lots of healthier options to binge around me, instead of junk food. I keep a lot of pre-made salads around, berries. I freeze a lot of berries and buy frozen blueberries as my ice cream substitute. Love anti-oxidants. I eat a lot of salad and veg because I can binge on that…

@dralicephd Thank you for your cheers. It really helps me get it in gear with your good vibes. Week 4 Day 7: Felt good going into my run after a lot of rest. Ankles and calves were stiff briefly and had to relax until the stiffness went away. Run was easy as I was cautious about making my back worse and dialed down the…
