I just recently became an actual adult with a full time career, and I am struggling so much to find balance between work life and exercise\cooking healthy. I'd love to "friend" people on here and maybe we can help motivate each other? Excited to get to work on this journey!!!

Definitely add some strength training in your routine! The more muscle you build --> the higher your metabolism is --> the more calories you burn all throughout the day! :)
