Toning!!!

When should I start toning? I'm 159 now and my goal is 145. Should I wait until I reach 145 to start toning at the gym? Or should I do something like 30 Day Shred now and then continue toning at the gym when I reach 145? Thanks! :flowerforyou:

    What's wrong with starting now and continuing? You don't want to have loose skin.

    bump - cause I do weights and pilates all the time and I dont even feel like its helping, I'm starting to sag and I've been using weights the whole time

    Definitely add some strength training in your routine! The more muscle you build --> the higher your metabolism is --> the more calories you burn all throughout the day! :)
