Happy for people to add me. I'm currently doing weight watchers and trying to get back into running. I'm 42 and married with 1 son. I've lost 21 pounds so far and am looking to lose at least another 20lbs. I started my weight loss journey in June this yr.

It seems yes the dry powder is 90g but once you add the water it's obviously heavier. So 100g of the mixture after the water is added is 129 cals but the whole this obviously weighs over 300g so is 388 :( Talk about confusing!

Yes but water doesn't add calorific value does it. What am i missing?

Thank you so much for all your advice and i will try C25k. It's nice to know other people have been in my situation. Funnily enough my husband is a marathon runner(he did 8 in 8 days!) and a triathlete! Will let you know how i get on x
