  • In addition to the other various activities, I also now put on a great song and dance. It is never the same, but it keeps my heart rate up and it is a lot of fun.
  • I keep track of my strength training, but I don't even know if there is an option to log the calories burned. This could be because of inexperience, but I use it more as a tool to see my progress. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread to see what other people have to say!
  • Honestly, I've been doing so much searching for work outs I cannot remember which blog it was from. It is truly a great workout though!
