I agree with pretty much everything here! I've found the biggest advantages of MFP compared to my previous calorie counting efforts are: 1) Such a big database and so much easier than writing it down on scraps of paper and rubbing out! Which means I've stuck at it for longer and will continue to do so 2) The water counter!…

I definitely agree with people about not telling everyone about your plans and ideas for weight loss. Between my heaviest weight and my lightest, I managed to lose an elephant's penis but have since put on a two year old. This time round I am going to lose a two year old—hopefully the same one—and a human's skin—hopefully not my own!
