lol... I meant the exercise. ;) I don't have dietary restrictions, so I eat back most of my calories. I just like new ideas for exercise.

50 cent cone from Burger King. It's cheap, and I love them. Instead I ate broccoli. lol Baking cookies at the moment for my twin's dad. Resisting temptation to eat one.

I was just debating this myself. I ended up getting the Fitbit Zip to try. I wanted the Flex or the One, but I don't care about sleep pattern, and the Zip basically does what I need it to. I've only had it for a day, but so far so good.

Was run/walk for 50 minutes. Kind of hungry since I ate 1/2 hotdog at ball game earlier. My stomach is sensitive with certain foods at night. Blah. I'll have a small apple and water I suppose.

Thanks. It just sucks because I let myself gain this weight. Now it won't leave. I was down 10 lbs last year on 1200 diet, but gained it back after eating what I wanted. I'm "obese" and I just want it to go away. I know it takes time, but not seeing improvements on scale brings me down.

I'm a 30 yr old mom of 3 yr old twin girls. I was 15 pounds away from my PPW 6 weeks after they were born...then I stupidly gained weight until I was almost heavier that I was when pregnant. UGH! I need to lose around 50 pounds. SW: 184 GW: 135-ish 5'4"
