fresh vegetables,. white meat, fresh fruit, on the days you do cardio workouts you should eat carbohydrates before you excercise. Drink plenty of water. If you just eat within your goals you WILL lose weight.

Sounds like it is indeed the clicky hips but also you may have been using muscles that you havent workd out for some time so muscular ache is also making things seem worse. i use mapmyrun, allows friends family to follow your run live on line. I like the sound of the bluetooth link to a hrm though, i might investigate whether i can do this and link one up with iPhone 4

I'm 5'10" and am at present 98kg, I am down to around 1000 -1200 calories a day. I lead a very sedentary life apart from my jogging of an evening, 3 tiimes a week. I am losing steadily and dont often feel hungry.

low batteries might effect the accuracy of your scales. Always use the same scales!! Change the batteries and hopefully your weight will be more accurate.

its all a metter of balance, 100 calories in fresh fruit would be better for you than 100 calories in a processed ready meal, owing to the high level of other stuff such as sodium etc.
