It was an ASDA / Walmart 'Fresh Tastes Oriental Bean Stir Fry' with 'ASDA / Walmart Fresh Tastes Black Bean Stir Fry sauce', it was low in calories and very very yasty!

OMG, I have exactly the same, im a truck driver and am really uncomfortable and have been for a week or so since losing some weight, the bone at the base of the spine, coxic (sp) feels more prominent, like im growing a tail or something!!!

I agree, it can be as simple or as complicated as you want it to be. You fill the car with fuel based on your projected needs. If you decide to have a drive out one day, you need to put more fuel in it. Works for me! But everybody sees things things in different ways. Do what works for you, and good luck, keep up the plan
