I just got fitted for a new pair of NIKE Equilon 4 running shoes and the guy told me 6 months to a year

I think i agree, most of the information men put on those sites is BS anyway!!

Having recently taken up road running (jogging really), I can definately appreciate what you acheived!! I am fed up of planning a route on the map then turning a corner to be faced with a hill like the north face of Everest!! Well done, I'll leave the hills to you and stick to the flat bits! Kepp it up!!

You look stunning!!

once a week, same day, same time, same clothes, early in the morning. Good luck with it

The only way to accept peoples compliments is to beleive what they say, why would they lie!!
-
well done dude, great to be back on the run (so to speak)

I havent tried that facility yet, it might stop me getting lost and doing double the miles i intended!!!
-
iMapmyrun app on the iphone, its awesome, it lets friends see your route live on the web when you are running, great for your supporters when you are running a long one for charity!!

Try a banana and marmite sandwich!! Its yummy!!

Give yourself a break, youre neither fat or ugly. Beiing a mum isnt easy, so ive heard, and every now and again mums lose sight of themselves. Youre doing a great job, your weightloss is fantastic. Eating a packet of chocolate buttons isnt a crime, just log it and move on, refocus and get back to your positive self you…

Im certasinly no expert but the way to get the most from MFP is to only look at today, never look back and try not to worry about the future. I dont suppose there is one person on here that doesnt binge occasionally. its just a matter of degree as to what each of calls a binge. You are doing great and hopefully, the…

Absolutely yes you should limit them, as you dont know and shouldnt even want to consider any 'benefits' calorie wise, from throwing up. Hope you feel better soon

No bones!!!

Without wwishing to interfere in this female subject, the logic is that with the blood loss comes oxygen deficiency, ie red blood cells carry oxygen. Along with inevitable hormone imbalances during your cycle it is not surprisiing that you feel out of sorts after just a short workout.

It depends on why you are using MFP. If its weight loss then I would suggest, im no expert, that you eat back some of the calories you burn off the same day, keeping within 10 to 15% of the goal calorie intake. Ive never been a great supporter of 'banking' earned calories! Thats the Weightwatchers' way!!! , but they calll…

Perfect posting, I think that just about sums up MFP, good luck with your weight loss and fitness programme.

Absolutely, Happy Anniversary to them!

Im no expert, but i would recommend 5 sets of five reps doing sit ups, every day and see how it goes. Dont overdo it, hope it goes ok

Do whats good for you, doing the 200 burn will make you feel better having at least made an effort to reduce the deficit, but deciding to regroup in the morning will give you focus to restart and get it back. Whats done is done, keep smiling and good luck with whatever you decide.

Well done on your victory, definately not a small victory, a milestone and one you should be proud of. Remember its a marathon not a sprint, and the longer it takes to come off, then the longer it stays off. Keep up the great work and most important, keep smiling!! Feel free to add me as a friend

you have to use a photo storage site like www.photobucket.com then insert the img string into the forum post, remembering to change the IMG to img as this site doesnt like capitals

i use imapmyrun, its an awesome app, yesterday I did 6.04 miles in 70 minutes, it gave me 825 calories back. You can update your run on facebook and invite friends to map your route LIVE as you run.
