I face this problem when I had blocked nose or have cold !! It made me sleep with open mouth which is the reason we woke up thirsty and dehydrated ... !

Today ..I must be on day 14 due to the starting day ... But I still in day 8 .. OMG ..OMG .. OMG !! I FEEL SO BAD ... AS A LOSER!!

Uuuugh ... It seems that I'll not lose even a half of the goal I stated here ... my goal us to lose 5 kg but I lost 1.4 until now ..!

Why do I feel it's hard to control my self in eating different kinds of food ?? .. I feel full quickly .. positive point .. but I couldn't control my self to avoid fried bites some days !! The result: I'm losing weight very very slow !! 105 days with onlt 4 kgs lost !

It should be day 7 today but I'missed two days . I will do d5 and d6 after a while .. then do d7 and D8 tomorrow. My life is busy .. that's why I opend this group to keep my self in it !

hi there ... I'm really sorry to be away yesterday ... I just did day 3 and 4 ... about 20m resting in between . I must be in day 5 today, but I'll not harm my knees and do it for the third time .. So tomorrow I'll do day 5 and 6 .. It's a punishment ... If I skip a day .. I'll do it twice the next day :grumble:

Yesterday I did L1 D2 .... I couldn't do it by following the dvd but I did each action about 50 reps and I finish them in 28 minutes. I remembered the workout because I did it many times.

The 30 ds was planned to be done day by day for 30 days. But someyimes we cant fo it ! Try you best not to have a rest day !! We all usually count it here as a cercuit training , general. I will do L1 D2 soon Who feel the soreness from yesterday start?

Sorry couldn't complete the last post , I use 1kg dumbbells to be able to do all the actions well. I my srlf feel hard on using 2kg in 30 ds. I tried but I couldn't.

Yes it is not that much in burning calories ( mine about 200 ) but you will see the difference soon in your shape :-) this workout planned to be done by 10 days of L1 then 10 in L2 and finally do the 10 of L3.
