C25k ... 30 day shred ... swimming ... jump robe... yoga for ( abs .. chest .. hips .. back ) ...that what I am doing properly. But I don't think they are save for the pregonancy!!

I'm from Sultanate of Oman, JCC. The temperature here is between 19 to 25 C° ... I lived in UK the last 3 years Yorkshire, Kingiston upon Hull, It was really freezing there.

Done :-) In 35 minutes and burn 277 calories using HRM .. It was really hard .. spicially the leg lifting.

Today .. I went for shopping in about 2 hours .. I put it as a walk for 90 minutes :-)

It's all right :-) I'll post a topic every day to show our prograss and what we did in each day .. that's to keep motivated and feel the responcebility to do it.

Done ... I have two sets of dumbbells .. 1kg (light) & 4kg (heavy) I used one from each .. 1kg with moving arm and 4 kg with fixed arm. I burned 28 calories in 7 minutes doing these curles.

Girls !!! The goal weight I put here and ask you to put is the one week goal ... It must be no more than about 5 lbs or 2 kg .. it's only a week !! My finale goal weight is 50 but I put 57.7 to be a goal for the next week!

OMG !!! OH OH OH Too challanging indeed ! I was hoping to finish the 15 m as soon as possible :-P I'm too sweaty now ...( using chest strap hrm ) burned 116 calories .. 13 g of fat :-) yeay Are you doing these mini challanging daily ? I love the idea and I'll look for them daily :-) Thank you man :-)
