Day (0-7) of the 20th August ONE WEEK challange

Hi all ..
As we stated yesterday we'll start a challange tomorrow on Saturday the 20th of August for a week.
Our goals are simple and easy .. here they are:
1- lose no less than 2 lbs (0.9kg).
2- track food daily.
3- never go over daily calories intack.
4- exercise daily for no less than 20 minutes.
For who joined us in the last topic .. and for you new members .. here we'll state our current weight and our goal.
LET'S START IT NOW...

My current weight is 58.7
My goal weight is ... 57.7 or more less.0 -
I have never joined a MFP challenge, but would like to try it out.
Current weight: 216
Goal weight: 1600 -
I haven't done one of these either, but clearly need something to get me moving again.

The goal weight I put here and ask you to put is the one week goal ... It must be no more than about 5 lbs or 2 kg .. it's only a week !! My finale goal weight is 50 but I put 57.7 to be a goal for the next week!0 -
