Friday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Stair Stepping
Let's see if we can do 15 minutes.
If for some reason you can't do Stair Stepping then do something that is close to it like knee lifts or something of that nature,
Just make sure it's something similar to what the rest of us are doing.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did

im in too, I have stairs that I need to go up and down on all the time in my office (its 10:10am my time) so thanks for the Friday pep talk.

Cool! Count me in! I've been trying to change things up so that my body doesn't get used to the same exercises. I read that doing the same workout routine becomes ineffective after about three weeks because our bodies become efficient at that routine and burns fewer calories. Thanks!0

Too challanging indeed !
I was hoping to finish the 15 m as soon as possible :-P
I'm too sweaty now ...( using chest strap hrm ) burned 116 calories .. 13 g of fat :-) yeay
Are you doing these mini challanging daily ? I love the idea and I'll look for them daily :-)

I've just completed it! Got my heart-rate up which is good. Thanks for the challenge! (Is there anything else I shd be posting here? - I haven't done this before so I don't really know) :O)0 -

Used the stair stepper at the gym before my yoga class. That one almost did me in but I made it through. I need to learn how that machine works to make it a little easier.0

Done! Walked up and down the back flight of stairs for 15min. Luckily no one came by....:laugh:0

Finished. This was a most interesting challenge. The first few minutes were a piece of cake. Run, run, turn around run, run, turn. The last five minutes were torturous. Walk, plod, hang on the rail, turn, run (a bit), turn.
The most interesting part was when I was done and tried to walk. My legs were so wobbly that I had to grab a chair.
Oh, well. Again, I finished.0 -

My first mini challenge. Just completed it! I'm sweating my booty off! Great challenge. I just did it on the stairs in my house. My calves are screaming!0

Ok im counting 8 min not sure of the actual but im saying 5 for the 9 flights of stairs we climbed down when touring our new office building foday0
