Just eat right and exercise. Make sure you log your food. try different exercises also so that you keep your body guessing. I understand what its like to want to make someone else jealous. But also try doing this for yourself and not just to look good for other people. :)

Keyword: DIET!!! I think it might work if you want to drop wieght right before something, like a wedding or such, such as rocktinkerbell said. But the best "diet" you can do isnt a diet at all, just a lifestyle change. The slower the wieght comes off the easier itll be to keep it off

I just started the 30 Day Shred. I am on day 3. I was going to bump it up a level every 10 days. My arms and legs are hurting and i do think that rest days are important, but I dont want it to hinder my progress,. But i think i will rest if I really feel like i have to

I dont really know about the thyroid condition, but I do know that when I feel too tired or lazy to workout, i just get up and start it. After a couple minutes I am so glad that I did. So If I was you, just at least try to exercise, after a couple minutes, if your still not up for it, you can stop

using this site is just as easy as wieght watchers. I did ww and lost about 20 pounds, but I find that this is the same thing, just not in points

well i ate a slice of pizza(cheese) and a glass of milk, i even added in an orange that i didnt eat yet, and i still have 200 calories left. I hope the pizza doesnt back fire on me, but i didnt go over on carbs or fat...

im not sure. But wen i do the elliptical, i am usually on level three but i go slower, staying around 70 reps/minutes. But i do this for an hour and it says i burn 300 calories
