another PCOS sufferer. It does come off but it takes time. Don't forget if you don't have a huge amount to loose setting your calorie goals to loose 2lb a week is going to be very unlikely to work, the closer you get to your goal the slower the weight will come off. big hugs

in the uk, I'd check out bravissimo.com - they have about 3-4 sports bras that can accomodate the larger lady, I wear a sports bra over an old nursing bra (no wires to dig in) and can manage the jumping jacks. and mine are KK's!

it is possible to have kids with pcos, I have two girls, but it did take me 10.5 years to have the first one!, this was more a mis-diagnosis as I don't get the cysts so when they did a scan so it kept being dismissed. on your home page - if you click on the button marked check in it gives you the option to enter your current weight and then it will automatically recalculate calories. just remeber it doesnt ever go below 1200.

if you don't have a lot to loose - i.e 10-20lb setting your weight loss at 2lb a week will not work. the closer you get to your goal the less you need to plan on loosing and the more you will need to work on toning up. if like me you have 60-100lb to lose then a 2lb /week loss should be achieveable. But definetly crack out…

I am grounded :( Managed to pick up an issue with my knee, even after warm ups. Jumping jacks = instant cramp. Rested for four days, hoping to try modified level 1 tonight. If that works I will stay on level one for rest of lent and then re-assess.

Good luck, remember any improvement is still an improvement, no matter how small. don't forget to keep your water intake up too.
