I had the same problem, i went to the Drs and he referred me to physio, turns out my knee muscle were not were they needed to be. Some specific excercises later and there so much batter. Get them checked out asap.

mines simple and works for me, i look at every food as a calorie, whats it made of, how much can I have. I'm a clean eater, never touching processed foods, I do have treats, but I earn them to have them. You really are what you eat :0)

Hi Ladies I am getting married in Vegas in Oct 2013, I have 50lb to loose and so far so good, 10lb lost so far. I am doing excercising most evening from, cycling, swimming and dance central on the x box. Your water intake is anything that is cold, if its warm or hot you can't count it. The more cold you put in the more calories you burn. are you measuring yourself ? it may not come off in lbs but in inchs ??

Sounds like you lost water and didnt eat enough so your body is in stavation mode and is holding on to the weight, make sure your spacing your meals and drink loads of cold water. Time of the month wont help either, but dont be down hearted next week will be better KEEP GOING !!!
