I have a cheat day. I eat low for the week and on Saturday I eat anywhere from 3500-4500 calories. Which is still sugar... So it's not sustainable at all. All sugar is processed the same whether is natural or processed.

Because there's no difference between sugar from a fruit or sugar from a candy bar. Your body does not process each sugar differently. Obviously the fruit is healthier, but it's all sugar

Your not catholic but your giving up something for Lent? Color me confused. Just give up the food, why for Lent if you don't even believe in it. And I'm with Hollydub on this...your not supposed to tell people what you are giving up.

Another thing I noticed about alot of Beach Body programs, they calculate calories alot different then Scooby's Calculator or IIFYM. Alot of them recommend eating 1200 calories a day, where as if I calculate on my own, I should be eating 1500. So I don't get it?

I have a Beachbody Coach really trying to push it on to me. I don't weight my food on a scale, but I measure what I can.

I do have a cheat day but let me explain.. This works for me. You eat 850 calories a day and then burn like 300 calories? That is extremely UNHEALTHY. Eat more. Seriously.

I didn't log cheat days at first either, I actually feel like I lost more because I wasn't stressing about it logging. I was just enjoying my day, eating whatever I wanted. I log now just to see the damage, but I notice no matter what I don't even hit 4000 calories.

That's my issue as well. It takes me about 45 minutes to get to work and I start at 8. I leave the house at 7, I would have to get up at 4 am just to workout...and I'm not willing to do that LOL. I like sleep way to much

It really depends. I purposely only eat 1100 NET a week so I can have my cheat/re-feed day of like 4000 calories on Saturday which equals out to about 1600 calories a day. But if I were to actually eat 1600 calories a day and then ate 4000 calories on Saturday then I would gain not lose. It depends how you want to do it.…

I'm sorry but I don't think she looks good. My first thought was "she looks anorexic" Yes good for her for losing all the weight, but she would look way better with about 10 pounds more on her.

I lost 11 pounds with T25 and I didnt even follow it properly. I missed alot of days and had a lot of bad eating days. It's great and I plan on doing it again.

I guess I didn't realize yoga could have the same effect as "heavy lifting" and I also didn't realize 80 grams of protein is actually enough for her size. I see a lot of people on here in really great shape, eating like 150 grams of protein and I'm like "woahh" Thanks for the answers again.

But are the daily fluctuations from water weight and the foods I have eaten. How do I know how much I actually weigh? On Saturday I weighed in at 126, Sunday I weighed in at 129.

I just received a new workout from Beachbody, and it came with a food guide. Shaun T recommends only eating egg whites because whole eggs have too much fat He recommends eating all unprocessed foods. And then makes a list of bad foods, and extra lean ground beef is on that list as well as bacon... I eat both of those.…

Your an inspiration. You eat "junk" (and healthy foods) of course and you still lose weight. Good for you! :) You made me realize that I don't have to eat clean to lose the weight. Thanks.
