I do, my TDEE -20% is 1600 calories, I eat about 1300 calories during the week and on Saturday I eat about 3500, it all equals out at the end of the week. And I always tend to lose weight after a cheat day. Normally I don't log my cheat days, but I am going to start.

Good to know. Also, I have a cheat/re-feed day on Saturdays where I pretty much just eat junk. And by junk, I mean McDonalds for Lunch, going out for dinner, having some chips. Should I stop doing that? I feel like it helps though.

People say its healthier. All these diet books and stuff say to use Ground Turkey instead of Ground Beef.

Also, I use Extra Lean Ground Beef (90/10) for my chili instead of Ground Turkey, is that bad? I know Ground Turkey is healthier because it's lower in fat, but I don't like the taste.

I'm almost always over on my sugar intake, but only because I eat quite a bit of fruit.

Right now I'm doing Focus T25 by beach body, so it's not intense strength training but there is some. Thanks a lot! Maybe I'll hit the weights a little bit more after I'm done T25 as that workout is only 25 minutes.

Thank you. I am not going to cut out carbs, those are essential in my opinion. I try to get a lot of protein, and weight train about 3 days a week. Thank you! :)

I do that on purpose, as I do have a cheat/re-feed day on Saturday. But other then that, it looks okay?

Chili with extra lean ground beef and lots of veggies with a light babybel cheese and some cucumbers. 5 days a week.

You eat 1000 calories a day? and workout 2 hours a day at the gym? So your essentially eating nothing and not getting enough nutrients. Eat more for one. 130 to 105, don't expect to get to that goal fast, you need to lose weight slowly, it's more sustainable.

Like I said, My dinner normally goes over that, and me and my bf have movie night where we have some junk like chips and candy. It works for me.

Yes I am, I am losing 1 pound a week, which is what I want. I have had months where I have taken breaks from working out but I'm losing exactly how I want. After a cheat day, I feel fine, I go back to normal the next day.

I'll tell you why this "fitting it into your calories" doesn't work sometimes. Because if I want to go out to a restaurant on the weekend, most meals around over 750 calories, me and my boyfriend get a starters etc, so your saying I should starve myself all day and then go out to eat just so it fits into my calories? Cheat…

That's just a stupid question. I don't need to worry about logging while I am enjoying time with my family. You don't need to eat 100% healthy all the time, you don't need to log every single day to lose weight.

1200 calories only works if you have a re-feed/cheat day one day a week. In my opinion, not saying that's scientifically true. I eat about 1200-1300 calories during the week, but eat about 4000 calories on Saturday. And I lose 1-2 pounds a week, depending on the week.

I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 110 pounds maybe 115, we'll see, that is where I am most happy. I was once 105, and I looked way to skinny, people started getting concerned about me, I looked sick. Right now I am 129 pounds.

No Christmas Day is a religious day in my family. I don't need to worry about logging and how many calories I am eating, that's just being overly obsessive in my opinion. I wont be logging on Christmas Eve either.

Christmas Eve- 12 dishes of different kind of Fish with pasta and shrimp (It's an Italian tradition for my family), I'm not allowed to eat meat on Christmas Eve Christmas Dinner-It changes every year, my dad is having it at his house. Last year we had Homemade Pizza.

This is the way I look at it. Saturday is a day me and boyfriend have our date nights. We will go out for Dinner and I will eat whatever I want, we will go home and watch a movie together and share a bag of chips. During the week, I wouldn't be able to fit that into my calories while I'm trying to lose. I don't deprive…

Eh, I don't log my cheat days, I cheat every Saturday and I have been losing weight. I got by TDEE -20% which is about 1600 calories for me, I eat about 1300 during the week and then on Saturday, I make up for all the calories I didn't eat during the week. So it's like a re-feed day. Works for me.

Thanks guys, I feel a lot better now! And no to the Turkey Bacon, it just doesn't taste the same.. My breakfast keeps me full, it helps me with cravings during the day. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't bad for me.
