What I mean by that is, I could be 136 pounds with little to no muscle at a higher body fat percentage and be 136 pounds with a lower bodyfat percentage and more muscle and look completely different. Maybe I should have explained that better the first go around.

Eh personally I find it obsessive. I know myself, I would end up going crazy if I weighed myself everyday but everybody is different.

You can either fit it in daily, or have a cheat day. I eat pretty much no "junk food" during the week and then I will have a cheat day on Saturday.

One Tree Hill for sure. That was my favorite show, I was going through a lot of family stuff when that show came out, and that was my comfort. I believe the show would have lasted longer if Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton stayed.

I have mine set at 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. But I feel like I have the most energy when my carbs are at about 50% and my protein at 30% and my fat at 20% It depends on the day I guess. My main focus is that I at least get 100 grams of protein which most of the time I do.
