I would love some encouragement and advice. I have about 100 lbs to lose (lost 14 so far!!!) so I have a long journey ahead of me. I am trying to lose 10 lbs per month - is that realistic? Years ago, my husband found out he had an arythmia but it took two months of wearing a heart monitor for them to discover it! So stay calm, sometimes it takes a while for them to find out what's wrong. Good luck!

Add it to soup or make it like a creamed spinach (I use laughing cow cheese triangles and a little bit of skim milk with sauteed onions, etc.) OR you can put it in a smoothie (but it can't be too limp) ... one of the best smoothies I've ever had was Kale, Pear & Pineapple.
