Try to get atleast 4 glasses in the morning (for me, its usually before I even have breakfast) I drink 16 oz before each meal and I take a bunch of vitamins and supplements after each meal so I drink atleast 16 oz then too. I agree with the popcorn bit... I do airpopped so don't need to add any oil and I use sea salt or some type of chili rub etc for different flavors. Its what got me started on exercising too!!! Been using it for the last 2 weeks and loving it! You'll have to try Wii Zumba Fitness - its a bit more aerobic but I do that for 20 minutes then dance for about 30 ... lots of fun!
