I agree, I always way myself first thing in the morning and treat this as the main weigh in for the day. However, I love seeing how my weight fluctuates throughout the day. I may weigh myself too much!!:smile:

Good effort starting over again. Remember the first few pounds come off most easily and you'll enjoy the success of getting lower again

Too much food, too little exercise!! I went from an athletic big eater to a desk driving big eater. Not the best way to stay in shape. 10 years of driving a desk will grow your waist!!
