Thank you all for the help and support. Tomorrow is a new day and I plan to start my day with a walk and try a few dvds I bought to up my heart rate and give me a variety. I will definitely remember to eat back the calories I burn. Every step I take is one on road to the new, healthier me :)

MYP told me to eat 1200 and no I'm not eating my exercise calories back. Thank you for your help. I have to remember this is a journey and to remember why I am doing this - for my kids and myself.

I'm in. Yesterday was day one and started with a 3 mile walk. Really excited, great motivator.
