use No Yolks egg noodles and try one of the V8 sauces. I like the orange ginger. Also cook meat in water with spices, not butter or oil.

Bursitis. Have you tried Voltaren Emulgel. It is a topical antiinflammatory. You can buy it over the counter at Walmart, drug store and grocery stores. Good Luck

Good job. I went to Mexico, gained four pounds and have not lost them yet and have been back for 4 weeks.

I hate bra shopping. It is worse than bathing suit shopping. It took me months to find one that was somwhat OK, it is not great, but it will have to do. I bought three as they were on sale and I was tired of looking. Good luck

Track everything you eat, good or bad and it will not take long to realize where your problem areas are and help you make changes. I only post weight losses rather than posting ups and downs. I find it much more encouraging even thought some losses may be far apart. Good Luck

I eat a balanced dinner at 530. Cookies and tea at 730 and yogurt and fruit at 930. I keeps me going all evening, keeps me from eating junk and makes me happy that I can have one one snack before bed

I am losing in small goals only . It is too intimidating and depressing to look at the larger picture all at once. It is much easier to lose 10 than 40.........50.....60.......................... Lose 10, then another, then another.............................. Keeps me ploddin along One step at a time

You have to eat at least 1200 cals a day or your body thinks it is starving and it will hoard. You need to eat meat, your body needs the protein.
