No designated "Cheat Day". Basically, when I have social activities, I just let myself loose and enjoy because I don't want to be a spoilsport. Besides, I still love food. Oh, I still count diligently, taking photos of my food so that I can figure out the ingredients and log the best I could afterwards. Numeral days of…

Let's say you decides to ignore all the advices and still workout/ diet your own way, you will be be too weak to actually spend quality time with your boyfriend by then. Think about this.

The lighter I become, the less cal burn I get. Learn it when I lost 10kg. I now have to either work longer or push my heart rate into the 160s BPM. Like some mentioned before, work on a threadmill. Walking on incline (no holding onto the handrail) at a moderate speed may burn more than sitting on stationery bike.

Weigh myself twice a day (am/pm) for observational purposes. Real weigh check-in only once every 2-3 weeks. I like to see how weight flatuate by cheat meals the day before. I could see myself in maintainance in early next year so I am taking this opportunity to find out my real TDEE as well.

Personally don't mind the weight gain as it's like a signal that it is coming. I will be concern if it it does not come. Just don't like the chocolate cravings that comes with it though. My will is weak against it.

Never attempted eating clean and weight loss progress is still going good. Too much delicious dirty food out there. I defintely don't want to miss.

I choose to exercise after work so by the time I'm done, it's around 9:30pm and then dinner at 10 plus. An hour later, I go to bed.

The price I'm paying is about 72 USD/mth. The package is for 24mth + 2mth(FOC). Have showers, lockers, weight & fat analyzer machine. There's yoga, spinning and group exercise studio as well but I never really use them. Basically, just paying for the equipment. Trying to go 5 times a week to get the most out of my $.

I try to find the recipe online for the ingredients and calculate the calories from there. Probably need to add 10-20% to the total.

I thank weight training for giving me a tighter looking upper arms. Sure I still can grab some fat and skin but appearance is less obvious. That's more important.

Started in June this year and lost 9kg or about 20lbs so far. Losing 9 out of the 16kg in 5 months is good progress for me.

Huggable.

Personally, just login the readings then study them at the end of each month is enough to motivate me to work harder. For some reason, I like attaining those number goals. When I first get commented on my weight loss, it was definitely exciting and I went on telling that person what I did. For the next few who asked, I…

Personally, I didn't find it particularly hard. I was at 137 since 1-Oct. Now I'm at 132. I'm very close to my goal weight now so 5 pound is still good progress.

First in, last out. I find this phrase very true lol. I have my belly fat since secondary or high school. Since starting to lose weight, I have made good progress reducing fat layers from most part of the body. The bump below my belly button is still there but it has shrunk considerably in measurement. I have been doing…

@ around 135 pounds, I can only get 651 Cals on an Ellipical for 65min. In that 65 min, I maintained my heart rate between 162-170s for around 30mins.

Actually, you should start thinking about changing your diet first.

Fortunate that I haven't received any snark remarks. Mainly because my co-workers and friends are mosty in the healthy weight range already. I joined MFP just wanting to get rid of some vanity weight. Not much difference in terms of appreance to make any comments. However, I'm still pretty glad for the lack of attention.

My unit is in Kilogram so the number after the decimal can be a big deal to me.

I too know about this thigh gap thingy recently. Irony is, I read Japanese Manga and the female almost always have thigh gaps. Then again, remember Japanese girls have always been obsess with staying thin... At 172cm and pear shape, I have natural thigh gap. I'm skinny fat (30%!!) but the gap is still obvious.

Last time I enjoyed a complete MacDonald Breakfast set, hotcakes with sasuage, fully loaded with syrup and margarines. Later that day, I spent the better part of the afternoon at the cardio machine. No regrets.

I'm 5'8" as well. Healthy BMI but unhealthy amount of body fat. Turns out I don't seems to have enough muscle mass as well. I'm just flabby and weak all over.

My non-gym day often becomes my "mini cheat day". When I'm not at the gym and stay home after work, I tend to get bored easily and snack a lot. That is why I don't plan cheat day.

Currently at 63.9kg. I'm looking to get to 58kg by end of this year.
