I have paid lots of day memberships at friends gyms when mine is close. I have worked out at least 50 times between hours of 12-4 am when that is my sleep…

When I was not able to go to the gym I used to flip my bed up on it's side to make room to lay down some mats to do P90X everyday. You rather play poker then workout. Thats an easy goal to do. Lots and lots of cardio to burn muscle as energy. Also combo with a calorie deficit.

Well it is not unheard of to have 3-5 minutes rest in between each set. I do 60 seconds for strength training and 45 secs for muscular endurance. That is me though I like to train quick.

If you cannot complete all sets then you keep going until you can then increase the weight. BTW what exercises? Sets? Reps? weight are you using as of now?

OP it sounds like you made up your own program. I am not sure why you would do one set of an exercise then wait a hour. What are your goals?
