Took a 60 minute body pump class and did 30 minutes on the AMT. Will enter exercise in 1 comment next week. Met exercise and water for the week. Drink about a gallon a day.

48 minutes on the treadmill, 23 minutes ton elliptical.

1 Gallon of water weighs about 8 pounds. If you drink 8 cups a day for 90 days, that is 45 gallons which is 360 pounds. This is a realistic goal. I will be drinking much more than my body weight in 90 days.

Took 60 minute body pump class. Also walked 4 miles on the treadmill in an hour.

I'm in. Lost 35 pounds last year and got stuck at my current weight because I was eating too much at night. Time to address the night time snacks and lose these last few pounds. CW. 234 Goal. 214 GW. 205

Did an hour of cardio yesterday using an elliptical for 3 miles, treadmill for 2 miles and AMT for 2 miles.

Cleaned my bathrooms, washed all the floors in the house, destroyed my old desk and put it in a trash barrel. I got a new desk for Christmas. Took down the Christmas lights. Ran 4 miles in 40 minutes. Went out and watched football game and drank beer.

Maybe the scale didn't win so much if you are heavier and can do more pull ups. Pull-up gains like that require muscle gain.

Happy birthday. That is inspiring and something I will never forget. I weigh the same today as I did on December 1st. Ready for the new year.

I would get a block of wood, place the belt on the wood and drive a nail through the belt into the wood.

IT IS NOT BS!!!! When you reach certain age (aka old) function, flexibility and balance will be more important than squatting 300 lbs. Don't worry you get there some day.
I hurt my hamstring and started taking a body pump class to strengthen my legs. I like to run and it was while running that I hurt my hamstring.…

There are a couple things on that list I need to address. Shedding pounds is easy when you are significantly over weight. It is the last pounds that require the most discipline.

Used coconut milk in my coffee for about a month last year. I thought it was a good idea, but I was not paying attention to the calories because when I finally noticed, I had been getting about 350 calories a day more than I thought.

Average, ok, decent, needs work, these words do not come to mind when looking at that picture of you in that dress. You are gorgeous. Congratulations on your success and thanks for sharing. I hope you don't feel the need to be perfect, I just don't see how you can lose 10 pounds especially if you get stronger.

I am a firm believer that all eating should be done with a smile on your face. There are a lot of reasons why you can be happy while you eat at these gatherings. There is a difference in the body when you feel guilt, shame, remorse or anger versus happiness. Celebrate with the knowledge that this is not something that…

Cogratulations, you look fantastic. It takes discipline and commitment to lose weight at that pace. Hope you continue with your plan and enjoy the journey.

My left Achilles is sore from running too much, my right hip is sore since I started running again, my right shoulder is always sore. Love to limp to the gym and stomp on these gremlins. Use it or lose it. I know I will be sore if I exercise or if I don't. Would rather give my body a reason to be sore and challenge these…

Looking to add more friends. Please add me.

Good job. You can do this and it will change your life. If you are looking for friends, you can add me. I post most every day and have no plans to stop.
-
Sorry to hear about your ankle. I hope you are able to heal quickly.

Took a one hour class with weights and then did 5 miles in an hour on the treadmill. Feeling really good and just doing stuff I never did before. Had to pull my belt in 2 notches because of all the water weight lost.

I started on January 1st at 268, I am now at 230. I have been at 230 for 6 months. My original goal was to give myself 2 years to get to 205 pounds, so I still have hope. I could get to my GW in a month if that were my only concern. The problem with that is I am quite sure I cannot maintain that weight. I am not dieting to…

You can add me. I have been using this site for a year and always working out.

Could be a good idea. We aren't "just dieters" after all!
I would not consider posting something that wasn't health related in this group. My above post does not imply that. If I want to post a non-health topic I have other places to post those things. A thread like this would be appropriate for non-health and…

Here's what you need to do. Add me as a friend.

Looking for more friends. Been using the app for a year and have lost 35 pounds.
-
Good luck lili. Can't believe you got no responses. Would love to have another friend and give this thread a bump.

I'm at 111 days. I was just telling a friend I plan on ending the streak one of these days because it means too much to me and it includes a lot of days of logging in just to keep the streak alive.

I don't know, but your post about what works for you was great. I like that you can post something like that without having to look for the appropriate place to post it. I think having too many 'topic' threads will only make this group become more like the main forum. We have good and appropriate 'topic' threads for this…
