You are eating to lose weight. You are working hard. You do something and hurt yourself. What do you do? You can't follow the plan anymore because you are injured. It would seem to me that eating to heel yourself would be the new plan. Would be interested in hearing stories from people eating around injuries.
I had some fried chicken on a Sunday and on Monday, I had serious gas. I love hot food, but man do I pay a price the next day.
