Eating while injured.

You are eating to lose weight. You are working hard. You do something and hurt yourself. What do you do? You can't follow the plan anymore because you are injured. It would seem to me that eating to heel yourself would be the new plan. Would be interested in hearing stories from people eating around injuries.

A lot of people who get injured and must stop their workout find it difficult to stop eating the calories their workouts had earned. They gain weight. It seems you need to have a plan that includes staying in a calorie deficit on rest days, because injury and recovery is a lot of rest days in a row.0
