I created an exercise called 'my elliptical' which posts a burn 400 calories less an hour then mfp, regardless of how hard I go. Don't want to get too scientific about it. But I would eat pizza.

I have shoulder problems that I think would benefit from a cortisone shot. I benched 185 for 3 sets of 10 today without a problem, if I go heavy, my shoulder hurts. I stretch before and after running. I'll spend 30 mins in the pool doing stretches after running. I know it's tight and needs stretching, but I can't make it stretch overnight. It's been a process. I will add that I used to do carpets when I was younger and this right hip needs a makeover.

Been doing a lot of running on the treadmill and have been experiencing pain in my hip. After I workout, I have a hard time reaching down and putting a sock on my right foot. You can add me. I have been using the app for just over a year. Lost about 40 pounds in 6 months then got stuck at the same weight for 6 months because of lack of discipline. I realize what I need to do if I want to lose these last 25 - 30 pounds and I am finally starting to lose since the beginning of the this year.

Congratulations, thanks for sharing. I have about 30 pounds left to lose and it is slow coming off for me. But I have conditioned myself to eat better, so I won't gain significant weight while eating this way. Even if I am not losing, I might as well eat better. Good luck going forward. Feel free to add me. I lost 35 pounds last year and have about 30 to go. Really motivated to lose the next few months. I have a group of friends who are consistently losing weight. I find it motivating to see them having success. You will do this if you commit to it.

I have to give up lifting weights at the gym every January because it is just too crowded. I don't know why people think making long term commitments on January 31st while drunk is a good idea. Will be back to lifting weights at the gym in February as usual.

Go for it. Don't compete, just do what you can. The classes are designed to get your heart rate up and challenge you. I have found that when I work on my own for 60 minutes, I usually don't push myself as hard as I go in the classes.

Loving to cook is a bonus if you cook the right stuff. I have about the same amount to lose. Lost 35 pounds last year and got stuck at my current weight. I'm going to lose this weight and looking for friends in similar situations.
