Every morning and after workouts. I weigh the same now as I did 6 weeks ago, but I am aware that my weight fluctuated to much higher levels 6 weeks ago than it does now. It is just good information.

Can someone tell me what will happen if I stick a needle in my finger and test a drop of blood for the ph level? I don't have ph strips, but if ph in the blood does not change, I would think it could be measured. I'm going to try this as soon as I get some strips.

If I do 52 minutes on the eliptical, MFP gives me a calorie burn of 842 calories. My machine gives me a burn of about 440 calories. From reading threads and doing some research, I am comfortable counting 52 minutes on the eliptial as a 400 calorie burn. So that is all i will eat back.

I include a lot of fish in my diet to help promote better skin. Omega 3 fatty acids are good for the skin. They are found in fish. I can take Omega 3 pills or eat fish. I prefer eating fish. I am hoping my rooster chin disappears at some point but after losing 26 pounds, my skin seems to be receding.
