Kept moving forward even though I had a bad week and gained. Went for a walk/jog at 8pm to help compensate for a heavy meal, and hydrated before and after. Am noticing that my face looks less puffy. :)

For what it's worth, I feel exactly the same way. Even if no one is saying anything bad, no one is generally saying anything good, either...and when they do, it is often patronizing and ends up making me feel worse instead of better. Bad week. Bad, bad week. Gained 1.4 lbs, though some of it was likely catching up from the damage I did lat week shortly before that "lucky" weigh in on the 10th. Jut got back from a 2 mile walk/jog, though!

Eek...had a rotten week food-wise but cleaned up my act yesterday and today. Keeping my fingers crossed that I managed some damage control!

I'm in Essex County currently. Going back to New York State for one more year to finish my masters but then I'll be home for good. In the meantime. :)

sweet potato popchips are especially good. And jerky is very high in sodium (and many brands have ridiculous, gross additives) but also high in protein and low in fat and so could be good if used wisely and in moderation...

I lost 0.2 lbs, and honestly I probably stayed the same and just got lucky on the scale this morning. Lots of summer bbqs...no one day was disastrous but I guess 3 days of moderately overdoing it added up. :/ Better luck next week, everybody!
