I'm hoping to lose some stinking weight! Ever since I started Insanity i've gained 3 pounds! Crazy and I don't like it.

Well to be honest i'm slightly discouraged. I'm not going to let it stop me though. I started Insanity and today is day 8 and also my weigh in day. I have gain instead of a loss. I am hoping it's water retention and will give it another week to see. If not I need to change up something, just not sure what?

My resolution is to tone up and love me for me! Thick or thin, jiggly or tight. My second resolution is to stop being so shy around everyone and open up and let my true,spunky,weird,fun personality out! Now to make this a plan!

Wow! I thought I was reading my own post for a second! Had to look at the name. I am in the same boat as you. This is my 3rd of 4th go at it. I will finish this time. I joined a NYE challenge on here so I have 6 weeks to lose some pounds and inches and I WILL do it this time! Good luck!

I hate my arms. They are by far the one thing that bothers me the most about myself. I can deal with my thickness but can't deal with my arms. Since i've lost the weight they are just so saggy.

I found a exercise calculator on Everydayhealth.com that a MFP friend recommend to me. It has an Insanity option.

My weekend has been stressful. Vehicle issues, Father in laws horse of 24 years died and my Lab had 8 puppies that she can't care for due to bacteria in her milk. So they all have to Be bottle fed and she is now freaking out because of it. Breaks my heart to see her so upset. BUT I have gotten my workouts in.

Today is my official start day. I weighed in this morning an was upset to find that I had gained .8 of a pound but then quickly got over it because I know weight flucates and I will lose it! I'd like to lose between 4-9 pounds by NYE. I'm 32, I live in Florida but I am from NC. My favorite colors are green and pink, I have a few favorite TV shows so it's hard to pick just one: NCIS,NCIS Las Angeles, Burn Notice, Suits,Law and order SOU,Person of interest...Hmmm I feel like I missing something...oh Duck…

Hello everyone. I'm 32, located in Florida. I set out on this weight loss/get fit journey in Jan. 2010 at 214.8 pounds. Today i'm 139.6 pounds with a goal of 130 and a UGW of 120. I have tried 30DS several times but, have always fails to stick with it. This time i'm determine to change that and make it this time.

I have 9 pounds to first goal. So if I could lose half of that by NYE I'd be happy, all of it by NYE and I'd be ecstatic and trying for my next and last weight lose goal of 10 pounds. :happy:

That's easier said than done! Look at you throwing those weights up. Ha ha ha I have no upper body strength at all. Seriously, I about kill myself carrying a 50 LB bag of dog feed. BUT I am tired of making excuses as to why I can't do something SO I am starting. To form a strength training routine.
