I got an IUD in 1 year ago. I was told that my cramps and period would go away within months. This never happened. Thank you so much for these suggestions—you're the only one who didn't tell me to stop drinking. Jeez people! What happened to the whole "support" thing? I like to get drunk sometimes! I only drink Friday & Saturday nights. Wasn't asking for your judgments. :drinker:

Sure, I'll do all those things :) I don't go to the gym. My fitness regimen rotates between the 30 Day Shred, 30-60min hikes (I live in SF, lots of hills), riding my bike to the beach and back (60 min). I try to do one of those per day. Some days I don't do anything though, but I at least go for a bit of a walk :)
