Wow! We have similar hours and I've been having the same struggle trying to stay full from 5a.m. to lunch @ 11. Protein shakes are filling with a banana but by 8 a.m. my stomach is growling at me.

Is it reasonably affordable? I was taking EAS LEAN 15 . It's good I may just stick with that. Although I think the one you mentioned has more protein. I may give it a try. I need to stay full.

I'm going into week 4 on Monday. I love, love, love T25!!! It's one of the only programs I've been able to stick to . I am so happy for you. Awesome results. I can't wait to see my results at the end. Did you do gamma as well or just alpha and beta? Just curious.:flowerforyou:

I'd say to drink water before, carry a water bottle with you as you walk . Especially when it's hot out. They also have those towels that you wet that are suppose to make you feel so many degrees cooler. I haven't tried them yet but to stay hydrated is a must. EAS LEAN 15 protein powder is awesome!!! I am very picky about the taste. Walmart carries it in the powder as well as the prepared ones in the cartons. It's about $20 a container.

Try dark chocolate and or the chocolate protein shakes. I use the EAS LEAN 15 Protein powder it's chocolate fudge with 2% milk. But whatever you do don't drink it with water it's aweful!!! And that's saying a lot for me cause I HATE milk. and if you want to add a banana to it it tastes like a shake. I am also a chocolate…

I love Leslie Sansone, her walking workouts work but the weightloss for me was a little slower than I wanted but at the same time when I started doing them I was still eating what I wanted. So it may depend on your exercise and eating as well as your body . But the walking dvds are good. I love them.

Wow You're really working T25. Awesome. I couldn't do Lower Focus and Cardio in the same day so my saturday will be Cardio make up day. But I am really enjoying T25 if that's even possible. I look forward to the workout.Be glad when the soreness goes away.:smile: Ab Intervals really got me.

It's definitly worth it and the support by the myfitnesspal members is awesome. I say go for it . Just finished my first week of T25 Alpha . Everytime you feel like giving in just look at the timer and realize it's only 25 minutes. You can do it. :smile:
