I just got the Charge 2. Way better than the first Charge. Cost is pretty good too. But this is my third FitBit and I really have come to depend on it.

Fitness trackers are a tool that will help you succeed if you use it correctly. But it's just that. A single tool.

Congrats on your past. I played football so old injuries prevent me from a lot of what I'd like to do to stay fit. I'd really love to find something fun that I can do regularly. I've done great losing weight but I need something to stay fit.

Check the "help". There are suggestions.

Maybe try some other exercise. A class? Something you'd enjoy?

Lot's of great advice here. I kind of blew it with the maintenance. I'm on the mend. Part of it was that I wasn't being realistic. That's a big deal.

I brown it with taco seasoning, spread a bit over salad (weighing it, of course) and use salsa as a dressing. Super low cal. Just have to watch the sodium in the salsa.

Lots of places have Lenten specials now. Go out and try different things and go from there.

Well, I don't think it's completely wrong. Most of what they're saying has some truth but I can tell you from first hand experience that counting calories works.

Could travel north every year and catch your own. Not being a jerk. I know people who do that. Could also try mail order maybe?

I have a similar issue. Started probiotics and that helped.

You're losing too much weight. You're going to change once you lose all of that. You're making yourself sick. You look terrible. Heard them all. Will never get over any of them.

Same here.

I don't think there is any specific brand or anything. Just keep them in the fridge if it says so on the bottle. If you just want to try, get a small bottle at the grocery store and see how you do. You can find something "fancy" if you feel like you need to. I only ever use what I get at Walmart and they work great.

You're not terribly famine resistant.

Might sound extreme but I live in a part of the world where you can buy a cow and have it packaged the way you like. I got ground beef made with no added fat. Butcher said it was at least 93/7 maybe better. The local store sells it occasionally too. Love it when there is no fat to drain off.

I'm Dan. 46 from PA. I've lost over 120 pounds and am happy to support anyone who is serious.

Depends on your goals. Don't buy one to lose weight. They can fool you into thinking you can "eat more" since you were more active on a given day. That's not really a good approach. I actually bought one to track my sleep because of an injury that keeps me from getting a full night's sleep. I find that they can be a little…

I do make it with taco seasoning but I use it in a huge salad. Use your favorite salsa as a dressing.

Not sure why you expect the weight to come off because you're under control. That actually is counter intuitive. But getting it under control will make you feel better which will allow you to be more active. So far as pills are concerned, don't set a goal of getting off of them. May not work that way. Only way to stay…

Mine set in as a result of a head injury. Not cool. Exercise helps but I like not dealing with my triggers even better. Losing weight has helped too.

Egg Casserole Ingredients Dozen Eggs (8 whites & 4 whole eggs) Veggies, cooked (optional, whatever you like. Just make sure there is no liquid with them at all.) Meat, cooked (optional, same as veggies. No liquid.) Shredded Cheese (Whatever you like.) 1/2 Cup Lo-Fat cottage cheese Whatever herb, spices you prefer plus a…

You'll find that doctors will recommend exercise to people suffering from anxiety and/or depression. Helps release some stuff your brain likes (I can't recall what it's called, sorry). Also, be careful about the people around you if you're working hard to lose weight. Not everyone is supportive. A lot of times, it's the…

Going to guess you're just putting muscle on. Your diet isn't terrible at all from what I see. Keep an eye on your sodium.

Outstanding advice.

Anyone is always free to add me.

I get hungry after an anxiety attack. I try to be careful but it's not always the first thin on my mind. Especially at 3 AM. They say exercise helps. I guess it's true. Thank you for sharing.

I have had a lot of success with MFP and enjoy encouraging anyone who is willing to commit to a healthy lifestyle.

Welcome back. Most everyone "starts" a few times so don't sweat it.
