Sounds Great! Count me in. I am headed to Cambodia in January and want to lounge by the pool in a cute swimsuit.

A chihuahua, but I'm shooting for an elephant penis though I'm not sure I will tell people outside of MFP that is my goal! ;-)

You look awesome and younger! Crazy how extra weight makes us look older than we are!

Ah, that just a guy thing. I've been married since I was 18. I think my 39 year old hubby has just recently hit about 25 mentally! ;-)

Though at 38 I am creeping ever so closer to forty I have LOVED my thirties ( maybe a bit to much). In one week, I will be the proud mother of a 20 year old! Yikes!

I use stevia or xylitol.

Please do! The dvd's are dated but effective and honestly better than most Barre classes without the huge price tag. Watch the tape though to see modification if you don't have a ballet barre.

At least you tried! And 10 pounds is ten pounds! I alway found these exercise to be more about inches.

Yes I am! Callan was50+ years old when these videos were made and her mom was the 73 year old lady. I was a little kid when it came out but I danced ballet beginning at 3. Callan was basing many of these exercises on her experiences as a dancer. I would love to get a Callanetics group together!

Amazon has the Dvd's. We used these movement/ exercises religiously for ballet training. The dvd's are the same old tapes just converted, but are still excellent. The may seem like small range of motion but they work every muscle. They also tighten loose skin and are excellent for increasing flexibility. One hour burn…

Have you tried skin firming exercises to eliminate some of the loose areas? There are some great one, they just aren't commonly done today. They won't fix everything, but they may lessen what you need removed. Send me a message.

Standing yoga and an Epsom salt and oatmeal bath.

I live in Washington State and besides the occasional banana, I love our local produce. local, local, local! That is my goal. Right now, that means berries, peaches, plums, pluots, apricots, rhubarb and cherries. I love summer! I smell everything and deal with local growers (who do the same).

Hi! The reason I am on MFP is because I spent close to 3 years eating a diet ver similar to yours. Mine wasn't by choice though. Eating a diet like this caused me to be in a constant state of starvation which made my body hoarde calories and seriously screwed my muscle tone. I am now out of school and able to eat what my…

Whoa! Totally excellent!

I don't sweat going over sodium or sugar if I know I haven't eaten anything crazy. A cup of cherries with the pits has put me close to being over daily sugar and an oz. of bleu cheese crumbles on my omelette really racked up the sodium. Just watch out for packaged foods and processed meats.

I drink a few cups of dark roast a day. I have giving it up i the past with no issues. I have a harder time giving up wine!

Quinoa, bananas, berries, brown rice, yogurt, oatmeal, and tomato sauce are all great for adding carbs.

The only butter substitute ever recommend in my nutrition classes was Earth Balance. It was recommended for vegans and non-dairy eaters. It costs about the same as butter, but is much harder to find.

Your calorie intake may still not be enough. How tall are you?

Vega protein powder which was created by vegan triathlete Brendan Brazier ( who also wrote a great book called the Thrive diet). The book has great recipes.

I'm in the same boat as you. I will do whatever I can to help motivate you (and others). I gained weight that I had previously lost while completing my degree. I am currently on a one year break from school before returning for my doctorate and am using this time to get back where I want to be.

I have about 60 to lose. Let me know how I can help.

Hi, I am new and try to stay below 1400. I do a lot of cooking and am not a firm believer in low fat/ diet foods. That is what changed my body in the first place. I will maintain my log religiously. Would love to share ideas.
