Hi everyone,
I've been dealing with an allergic reaction from bug bites when I was in the forest this weekend. Swelling around the ankles and calves. I have about 150 bites.
Basically, it's day 4 of not walking or activity of any sort. I feel a bit blah from it. Not really that it's a set back but I miss being active and enjoying this part of my day. I would at least attempt to clean the home but bending and accidentally rubbing any of the bites was a no go.
I think by tomorrow, at least the swelling might be down for some kind of movement. Shoes irritate excruciatingly so I can't do exercises that require shoes.
I was thinking swimming but worried this might be a bit tough on swollen ankles.. what do you guys think? Any suggestions?
Cheers in advance!

Thanks! I feel I could wait until Friday perhaps as much as I would love to get moving. Did some squats this morning but of course it's not the same as a good sweat!
The swelling has gone down. I could technically do some exercise in socks. Any suggestions?0
