Problems, as in I'm not losing weight. I have been the same weight (around 2 pounds up or down) for almost 6 months now. Ok, since you all know so much about sugar, all cynicism aside, *restart*, whatever... Please tell me how I should improve my diet since I was so sure sugar was what was causing me problems. Someone told me to decrease my sugar, and increase my fiber intake. I have been doing so, but I am still not noticing a difference…

You know, when they say increase your calories, they mean don't eat bad food, just eat more of good food.... that way you can eat more (literally) and not really be eating anything bad or with empty calories, like chips, candies, or sugar drinks. Just saying :)

Bananas are good. Sugar in fruit is good. Sugar in anything else that isn't fruit sugar or natural cane is bad. End of story. :)

So what if we're eating animals? Animals eat other animals, and the ones who are lowest (meaning fungi, bacteria, and plants, which really aren't animals anyway) pretty much eat us in the end. So it's a big circle. One that's been going around a long time.

Eat some Fiber One cereal :D I'm not joking, that stuff has 11 grams of fiber in one cup, and it's delicious.
